Refund policy

At Simply Organic, your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Due to the nature of our products (hair oils, serums, masks, and fragrances), we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Once a product's seal has been opened or the product has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene and safety reasons — except in cases of damage or defect (see below).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video of the product and packaging

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference, once the issue is verified.

How to Request a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and share pickup/return instructions.
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash to the account details you provide — we do not courier cash refunds.
  • Refunds for card/online payments are credited back to the original payment method.
  • Original delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased during clearance/final sale (if marked as such)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange a product for a different size/variant if it is unopened and unused, subject to availability, within the same 3-day window.
